I'm going to have to look for an enteric coated or time-release B vitamin. I searched online and know such things exist and one is a brand that is carried by the local natural food store. It will be more expensive unfortunately, but I had to stop taking B vitamins because they were upsetting my stomach so badly. B vitamins are an important part of the self-care regimen for someone with a mood disorder. I don't know if we use them up more quickly, but supplementing them with a B-100 supplement helps to lower the suicide ideation thoughts.

Butt Floss is Bad, Mmmkay?
A response to a post on the Fat Girl's Guide to Living:
As a health care professional I have to throw in the uncool public service message about thongs. The fact is that there is only about an inch of space between the front door and the back door on a woman's body, and even when we clean very carefully, there can still be stray bacteria in the bottom area. Thongs are notorious for helping this bacteria migrate up front. If you've ever noticed a funky smell down there during that time of the month, that's because the environment in the vagina turns more alkaline during one's period and makes ample breeding ground for the infamous E. coli bacteria. Particularly if you are prone to urinary tract infections or yeast infections, I would advise against wearing thongs.
